Wednesday

AM: Once again I torture myself with tough swim workout- main set: 3x200, 4x100, 2x200, 2x100
Noon: off to the gym for some core.
PM: Track- 2mile @ 13:55, 1 mile @ 6:40, 2x 800 @ 3:10 Not too bad. Trying not to go crazy and run too fast.
