My lane at masters is a far cry from the good ol' days. Today I swam with two random visitors. Gone are the days of the old reliable swimmers like Jane and Dave. I am now solo swimmer.
This morning: 400m, 2x200, 300m, 3x200m, 3x100m.
PM: easy spin for 1 hour
