Here's Morgan going crazy waiting for me to chuck her ball. AM Masters- 50m, 100m fast, 200m, 100m fast, 50m. 3x's. My swimming is really sucking lately Lunchtime at the gym PM: Track- 10x 800, 1min rest, 3:25 pace.
I started this blog as a training log during my preparation for Ironman Canada in 2006. Check out my 2006 entries if you want to know what kind of training it takes me to gear up for an Ironman race. I swim, bike, run, race triathlons, dabble in mountain bike races, and even an occasional adventure race. I just got myself a standup paddleboard so look for me on the water. I enjoy the challenge of racing but most of all I love the slow burn of a long day training.
