Yesterday was my mom's memorial service which was held at Punchbowl in Honolulu. I laid her ashes next to my father's who passed away 6 years ago. That was pretty sad.

- I started this blog as a training log during my preparation for Ironman Canada in 2006. I enjoy the challenge of racing but most of all I love the slow burn of a long day training.
