50 on 50

What did you do on your birthday? My buddy Ken ran 50 miles for his 50th birthday. Ken says running maintains his good looks.

Day 13 of Ironman- Core work at the gym, 1:30 bike: 20 minute warmup, 20 minutes @ 135 HR, 10 minutes @ 145HR, 5 minutes @ 150 HR, 1 minute all out

Ran across your blog and was just curious about your core workout program. Are you doing only one program and how long are you generally doing it for? If you care to share any more on what type of exercises you are doing thats great, if not though I understand.

I work out at the gym twice a week for about an hour. I vary my program every 3-4 weeks. If you leave an email I can send you an article that Chuckie V sent me.
