"You eat like you are on chemotherapy!" That's what Ellen always tells me, probably due to my penchant for pounding down a liquid meal or eating some sort of bar in lieu of eating real food. So in an attempt to improve my diet, I am now under the care of Besty Markle of Sunshine Wellness. I'll let you know how it's going.
