We've been having a bit of a heat wave in SB over the past few days so for today's bike ride I chose between the cool breeze of coastal ride or head up into the hills of un-godly temperatures. I ridiculously chose the later and suffered plenty. Here's a pic from the ride in honor of next weeks Wildflower triathlon.
