It was off to the the S.Y. Valley today. I wanted to see if I was fit enough to ride 100 which was probably a bit delusional. I finished, which is all I have to say about that.

- I started this blog as a training log during my preparation for Ironman Canada in 2006. I swim, bike, run, race triathlons, dabble in mountain bike races, and even an occasional adventure race. I just got myself a standup paddleboard so look for me on the water. I enjoy the challenge of racing but most of all I love the slow burn of a long day training.
