Well, it is already starting. US Olympic qualifying swimmer, Jessica Hardy could lose her Olympic spot after two positive tests for a "stimulant" following Olympic trials. Too much Red Bull??

- I started this blog as a training log during my preparation for Ironman Canada in 2006. Check out my 2006 entries if you want to know what kind of training it takes me to gear up for an Ironman race.
